2. 圈存

   「圈存」，是指玩家在娛樂城下注後，透過信用卡、金流平台向銀行發起退款申請，聲稱交易非本人操作、金流有誤，目的就是想把錢要回來。

   這一操作被稱為「圈存套利」，目前在某些論壇、社群甚至出現「教學」或「代操」服務。

   但這不是技術操作，這是惡意詐欺金流行為。而你，成了這條黑鏈上的人頭戶、提款機、替死鬼。觸法！
